Jars of Clay is one of my favorite restaurants to go to whenever I want to dine alone. It provides a sense of calm and peace. My friends and I also often visit the restaurant to celebrate special occasions. Jars of Clay is a social enterprise founded by Barbara Neale, a missionary from the UK, in 1998.
